2. For the construction linked installments, the company will send call notices and applicant must pay on or before due date mention in such call notices.

4. Under construction linked payment plan installments will become due as per construction status achieved at the site irrespective of the serial order mention above.

5. Any delay in payment will attract interest @ 24% per annum compound quarterly.
